Insulation will be subbed as well as the drywall just because they are both nasty in the heat.

 

We are installing all hardwood floors.

 

Baths are both to be tiled.

 

The entire kitchen needs to be planned.

 

The ceiling will be done in pine.

 

We will install all the trim, handrails and doors.

 

Hang and install cabinets in kitchen, bath, pantry and laundry 

 

Install light fixtures.....

 

May 2005. Although most of these projects are done, we still have some small things such as trim, painting and little odds and ends that you get use to and just seem to always forget.
